Seamless Hollow Forms with Strength
Deep drawing transforms flat sheet into deep, hollow components by pulling material into a die with a punch under controlled pressure. The result is seamless parts—cups, cans, housings and enclosures—with excellent surface finish and enhanced strength due to work hardening.
We engineer draw ratios, radii, blank-holders and lubrication to minimise thinning, wrinkling and tearing. Materials include low-carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, selected for ductility and end-use performance.
Typical applications span appliance bodies, HVAC housings, filters, cookware-like forms, and protective caps where smooth walls, geometry stability and leak-tight performance are required.
